On September 10, 2025, AVISTA OIL welcomed 32 Vietnamese customers to its site in Dollbergen. After landing in Frankfurt, the group traveled directly by bus to our location, where an exciting day program awaited them.
Following a company presentation, the guests were given a detailed plant tour led by Heiko Klein (Head of Engineering & Technical Development) and Arun Anil (Project Engineer), offering them valuable insights into our sustainable used oil re-refining processes. The day concluded with a shared dinner in a relaxed atmosphere.
Despite language barriers, communication went smoothly thanks to modern translation apps— a great example of how technology can facilitate international encounters today.
