Recycling and reprocessing is a way of life at AVISTA OIL! This is not only shown by reprocessing used oil, already the tankers that transport the used oil to the re-refinery have sustainable components.
On the tank truck in the picture, the stainless steel tank is from a decommissioned tank truck built in 2007. It was fitted to a new chassis after 700,000 kilometers. Before assembly, the tank wall was measured and, after a positive result, repainted, wrapped and mounted on the new chassis using a new galvanized subframe.
In order to meet the high-quality requirements of waste oil collection, further adjustments and optimizations were made, such as the replacement of the pump, hoses, brakes and electrics.
In this way, new life can be breathed into many resources and contribute to sustainability!
